How To Make Your Own Bath Salts

If you would enjoy the luxury of adding bath salts to your bath, then this is the recipe for you:

Ingredients:-

3 cups Epsom salts

2 cups baking soda

1 cup sea salt ( or table salt )

Mix together in a bowl and make sure you mix thoroughly. Once all the ingredients are well mixed, add your favourite food coloring.

TIP

Try mixing different colours, or use less or more salt to make a darker or lighter colour. If you do decide to mix food colours to achieve your desired colour, make sure you do the mixing outside the mixing bowl and then add your perfect colour to the bath salts. This will make sure that you don't end up with a multi coloured bath salt.

Next you can add your favourite essential oil. Just add a few drops a time until you get the scent you want.
